Back in 2010 I introduced Kourtney Heart to this very here blog (back then it was called It's Whatever). Four years later and she is still on the rise to be the next best thing out of New Orleans. The former Jive Records signee is currently working on a new project, and she released her first single. "Phases" can be heard on Kourtney's new vlog series on her official YouTube Channel.
