New Music: Chinx ft. Meet Sims "On Your Body"

Sadly almost three weeks ago Coke Boys rapper Chinx was gunned down in Queens, NY. Since his death the hip hop community has kept his memory alive through his music and multiple stories of the kind and talented individual that he was. During the time of his death, the rapper was working on his debut album Welcome to JFK, which was slated for a late 2015 release. This past week it was confirmed that his debut album will still be released, with the given date of August 14th. The first single off of the project is "On Your Body" featuring Meet Sims.

New Music: "Birthday" / "Airplanes" (Remix)

Elle Varner recently performed her latest track "Birthday" this past week with 50 Cent at the Power Seaosn 2 Premier concert in NYC. The single appears on the singers second studio album 4 Letter Word, which is long over due. The MBK singer previously released other singles such as "Cold Case", "F*ck It All" and "Little Do You Know". Elle definitely goes the traditional "birthday song" route with this track.

On this weeks video, I talk about the hottest trend from social media this past week, which is the #BeyonceAlwaysOnBeat. Then I move on to an album review as Rico Love's debut album Turn The Lights On recently released. I then talk about Meek Mill as he covers the summer issue of The Fader Magazine. During my 4th beat I talk about some of the latest new music and music videos that released within the past week. I then end things off with an update on Chris Brown and everything going on with him.

New Music: Tamar Braxton "If I Don't Have You"

All Tamartian friends worldwide, Tamar Braxton has FINALLY returned with some new music. Late last year the singer released her single "Let Me Know" featuring Future. Now she is back with a new single and also information about her new upcoming album. "If I Don't Have You" is the latest single off of her upcoming album Calling All Lovers, which has been targeted for a July 31st release date.

The summertime is right around the corner and artists are surfacing with new music hoping to make everyone's summer playlist. One artist who is making a return to the rap game is Lil Mama. This week she released the official music video for her new single "Sausage". Paying homage to the different eras throughout the hip hop game and acknowledging some of our favorite phrases and dances from social media, the Brooklyn MC takes over the streets for her latest single.

New Music: Monica ft. Lil Wayne "Just Right For Me"

ATL singer Monica is currently gearing up for the release of her latest album Code Red. After revealing her new style, the wife and mother of three revealed her latest single "Just Right For Me" featuring Young Money honcho Lil Wayne. In what I am sure is an ode to her husband Shannon Brown, Monica repeatedly sings "you're just right for me" throughout the chorus.

New Music Video: "Monster"/ "Hard To Do"

With his latest single "Monster" constantly playing on the radio, Meek Mill recently released the official music video for the single. In the the video the Philly rapper can be seen enjoying himself with a 80's/ 90's themed music skate party. The single is expected to appear on Meek's latest album Dreams Worth More Than Money.
